WSP is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Manager to lead controls for complex EP/EPCM projects in Canada. You will coordinate budgeting, scheduling, contracts, invoicing and quality, acting as the main client interface and SME for bids. Travel to Saint-Constant is required.
Candidates bring 20+ years of PM experience, ASP card, and robust leadership in multidisciplinary settings. Fluent English is essential for cross-team collaboration and client communication.
