The Service Technician, under the direction of the Service Manager, will primarily be responsible for conducting diagnostic procedures to determine vehicle maintenance requirements and providing accurate repairs for our customers vehicles. Located on Wharncliffe Road South, Jaguar London is the region's dedicated home for iconic British engineering, performance, and contemporary design. The day-to-day operation is structured, organized, and focused on maintaining an orderly, high-standard workplace. Job Qualifications: 310 S Licensed Service Technician
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift heavy items and to stand for long periods of time
Job Requirements: Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
Diagnoses cause of malfunctions and performs repair
Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts
Communicates with service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time




Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order including diagnostic trouble codes and cause and correction.
Road tests vehicles when required and references job aid forms to qualify complaint
Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events
Reviewing manufacturer’s recall bulletins and ensuring that all steps are followed as per the guidelines set forth by the manufacturer
