Leveraging instructional design, learner experience design, and visual storytelling, youll transform complex ideas and turn business priorities into learning experiences that are engaging, accessible,

What Youll Do: Youll design and develop visually compelling learning deliverables facilitator materials, participant resources, digital content, job aids, playbooks, toolkits, and performance support resources that lift engagement, comprehension, and real application.

Youll translate business needs and subject matter expertise into learner-centred solutions that build capability and hold up on the job.

Youll consult with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess business and learning needs, identify capability gaps, and recommend the right learning or performance support solution.
