Our client is looking for a Lead Project Manager to join their team.This will be for 12+ months, 3x per week in office in Downtown Toronto.You will lead a group of 6 PMs.You will be focusing on owning the end-to-end delivery of client advertising packages and branded experiences, from post-sale handoff through launch and completion.You will be working across clients, agencies, creators, vendors, and internal teams, you'll ensure campaigns, activations, and events are executed on time, on brief, and to the highest standard.What You’ll Do Experiential & Event Execution Lead the planning and execution of creator events, sponsorship programs, activations, and tentpole experiencesCoordinate agencies, production vendors, venue partners, and internal stakeholdersDevelop run-of-shows, workback schedules, and project briefsLead in office execution from setup through wrap-upStakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agencies, vendors,
