Department: Customer Service & Order DeskWe are looking for a reliable and organized Order Desk Representative to join our growing team.This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with the warehouse and delivery team, and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer customer phone calls, emails, and general inquiriesProcess customer orders and maintain accurate customer informationCoordinate with the warehouse and delivery teamFollow up on order status and keep customers updatedPerform data entry and maintain accurate order recordsAssist with light packing and order preparation when requiredProvide professional and friendly customer serviceQualificationsFluent in English with solid communication skillsComfortable using computers and common office softwareCustomer Service, Order Desk, or related experience is preferredOrganized, detail-oriented,
