The team supports the modernization, enhancement, integration, and ongoing support of court applications and digital services while establishing common standards, reusable capabilities, and sustainable operating models across the portfolio.The Senior Digital Architect will be required on a full‑time basis ( 7.25-hour workday ), working across multiple applications, projects, operational initiatives, and strategic technology priorities. Services and project deliverables should evolve as the work progresses in response to emerging business needs, operational priorities, technical opportunities, and modernization objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Solution and Enterprise Architecture ActivitiesDevelop current-state and target-state architecture roadmaps across business, application, data, integration, security, and technology domains.Define architecture principles, standards, patterns, guardrails, and reusable components.Produce architecture artifacts including solution designs,



integration models, decision records, technical assessments, and implementation roadmaps.Assess technical feasibility, operational readiness, sustainability, and long‑term support implications.Analyze risks, dependencies, security impacts, and architectural trade‑offs associated with proposed solutions.Support architecture governance activities and technical reviews.Guide the Implementation and Support of Digital ServicesProvide hands-on technical leadership to development teams, application analysts, support teams, and vendors.Review technical designs, code implementations, integrations, deployments, and solution configurations.Contribute directly to technical implementation activities where required.Establish integration approaches, interface patterns, and target application boundaries.Support Dev Ops, cloud platform, automation, CI/CD, and setting management activities.Mentor technical resources and promote architecture best practices across delivery and support teams.Lead Business and Systems Analysis ActivitiesFacilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder consultations.Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business and technical requirements.Produce process models, user stories, requirements documentation, impact assessments, and solution options.Support prioritization of initiatives, enhancements, defects,



and modernization opportunities.Translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements and delivery plans.Support Application Management Services (AMS) and Operational ExcellenceProvide architecture and technical oversight for court applications operating within AMS.Participate in major incident reviews, problem management activities, service reviews, and change advisory processes.Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt, improve reliability, and strengthen operational support models.Support release planning, deployment governance, environment strategies, and production readiness reviews.Assist with transitions of applications from project delivery into sustainable support operations.Contribute to Architecture Governance and Standards DevelopmentParticipate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) reviews and technical governance processes.Evaluate project and vendor deliverables against architecture standards, security requirements, and approved patterns.Support the development and maintenance of architecture standards, reference architectures, design patterns, and technical policies.Review architecture exceptions, dispensations, and compliance assessments.Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture governance practices.Support Vendor, Procurement, and Delivery OversightReview vendor solution proposals, estimates, technical designs, and deliverables.Provide technical input into procurement activities, statements of work, and architecture evaluations.Ensure vendor solutions align with CTS standards, supportability requirements, and long‑term strategic objectives.Support knowledge
