Job Description
Insight Global s looking for a Senior Solution Designer to design solutions across Speech AI, contact centre technology, data warehousing, reporting, and integrations.

This person will help define how customer interaction data is captured, integrated, modeled, analyzed, and reported across the contact centre environment.

The role requires someone who can design solutions but also understands the delivery side and can provide technical leadership throughout implementation.

Skills and Requirements
Experience with Speech AI / Conversational AI, including speech analytics, speech-to-text, agent assist, virtual agents, or intelligent routing.

Experience designing data warehouse and reporting solutions, including data modeling, ETL/ELT, tables, views, and data integration.

Experience working with in-house contact-centre data warehouse environments, supporting data modeling, ETL, integrations, and reporting.

Experience designing APIs and integrations between contact centre platforms, internal applications, and data environments.

Understanding of IVR, voice/chat, routing, customer interaction workflows, and contact-centre reporting.





Experience providing technical leadership and solution design through implementation, not just high-level architecture.

Understanding of security, privacy, recording, and data-retention requirements.
