Job Description
Insight Global is searching for a Technical Program Manager to support our enterprise retail client.

This individual will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of complex technology initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams, enterprise platforms, vendors, and business functions.

They will own portfolio planning and financial management, including milestones, dependencies, resource planning, budgets, forecasting, vendor spend, and investment governance.

They will partner with Finance, Product, Technology, and Business leaders to develop funding strategies, business cases, resource plans, and portfolio recommendations.

They will monitor portfolio health and proactively address delivery risks, financial impacts, dependencies, capacity constraints, and opportunities for optimization.

They will establish and continuously improve governance frameworks while leading executive reviews, steering committees, and cross-functional planning sessions to drive alignment and timely decision-making.

They will develop clear, executive-ready communications that provide visibility into delivery progress, financial performance, risks, trade-offs, and key strategic decisions.

Skills and Requirements
8+ years of experience in technical program management, technology delivery, software engineering, product development, technology/management consulting, or a related field.

Proven experience managing portfolio financials, including budgets, forecasting, investment planning, resource planning, vendor spend, and governance.

Experience leading executive governance, portfolio and roadmap planning, dependency management, and organizational risk management.

Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional decisions without direct authority.

Solid understanding of software development and enterprise technology, including AWS, microservices, APIs,



front-end technologies, system integrations, and architecture concepts.

Experience working within B2B and retail environments, including Alternative Channels such as wholesale, franchise, marketplaces, licensed partners, and strategic sales channels.

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and Power

Point.
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or another advanced program management certification.

Experience in retail technology, digital commerce, or enterprise platforms.

Experience with OMS, fulfillment, supply chain, wholesale, or inventory management technologies.

Experience with annual operating planning, portfolio prioritization, business cases, investment planning, and financial governance.

Proven experience leading complex portfolios with multiple concurrent workstreams and shared business and technology ownership.

Experience working in large, highly matrixed organizations with executive-level stakeholders.

Background in management, technology, or strategy consulting.

Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
