Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support network infrastructure deployments across Quebec.

This role will manage multiple capital projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets while coordinating with engineering, procurement, operations, and vendor teams.

Responsibilities
• Manage multiple concurrent network infrastructure projects from planning through completion.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop project plans, track milestones, and drive execution of deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, and Vendors.
• Lead project status meetings and provide regular reporting on project health, risks, and financials.
• Manage forecasting, budget variances, change requests, and mitigation plans.

Escalate issues as needed and ensure projects remain on track.

Skills and Requirements
• 3-5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, and project milestones.
• Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.




• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating technical, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or utility projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

Bilingual in French and English
