Solid verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and follow instructions clearly.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks on ladders, overhead cable trays, and raised floors.
Comfort working in FIFO (fly-in/fly-out) arrangements and adhering to a 3/1 rotation schedule.
Willingness to work in dusty, active construction sites and air-cooled environments that can be cold in winter.
Reliability and flexibility to work different shifts, including day, evening, and overnight schedules.

You benefit from a rotation schedule designed to balance work and time off, with some shifts providing full weekends or partial weekends free.
Daily commuting for certain shifts is paid, and a per diem is provided, adding financial support while you are on site.
You gain hands-on experience in modern data center construction and operations, working alongside seasoned professionals who can help you grow your technical skills and advance your career.
**Work Workplace**
You work primarily on active construction and refurbishment sites for large-scale data centers, in an air-cooled environment that can be cold during winter months and may be dusty due to ongoing construction.
Living arrangements are hotel-based or camp-style with the crew, fostering a close-knit team atmosphere while on rotation.
Travel to and from worksites is organized via carpooling or buses, and certain shifts involve commuting from one town to another with paid travel time.
