As a Relief/Part time Youth Worker at Wood Green, you will engage with youth aged 12-18, promoting their well-being through a strengths-based approach. Your responsibilities will include client supervision, family liaison, and ensuring a safe environment, all while participating in the day-to-day operations of the facility.

This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct care and supervision for youth clients

Requirements:

- Degree/diploma in Child & Youth Work or Social Work
- Relevant experience in congregate care preferred
