Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support initiatives within the AI and Data Science space.

This individual will work closely with internal business and technical teams to gather requirements, support project delivery, and ensure key deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will have a solid technical understanding of AI/Data Science, excellent communication skills, and experience bridging the gap between business and technical teams.

Skills and Requirements
1.) 5+ years of risk management within FI or healthcare (highly regulated environments)
2.) 5+ years of Business or Data Analyst experiences (Bachelors Degree) or 3+ years of Business/Data Analyst experience (Masters Degree)
3.) Understand concepts of Project Management and Agile mindset (documentations, road mapping etc.)
4.) Writing technical documentation skills
5.) Reading and writing code within Python and SQL
6.) Jira, Confluence, Clarity, Share

Point experience
7.) CoPilot experience
1.) Any AI,



Data science or Cloud certifications
2.) Data Science background
