Mabou Mining is seeking experienced Scissor Deck Bolters to support underground development andground support operations across multiple project sites.Reporting to the Shift Boss or Supervisor, the Scissor Deck Bolter is responsible for installing groundsupport systems safely and efficiently, ensuring headings are secured and prepared for ongoingdevelopment.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall ground support systems, including screen, rebar, split sets, and resin boltsOperate scissor deck bolters and related underground equipmentScale loose ground and identify ground control hazardsFollow ground support plans and supervisor directionAssist in development cycles alongside jumbo operators and crewsCommunicate hazards, equipment issues, and ground conditionsMaintain clean and organized work areasQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 3–5 years of experience operating Jackleg and Stoper in underground miningStrong knowledge of underground development practices and drilling techniquesAbility to read and interpret mine plans and layoutsExperience working in production-focused environmentsValid underground mining certifications (Common Core or site-specific equivalent)
