Make a difference in people’s lives as a Full-Time Direct Support Facilitator with Community Living Hamilton. Support individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges in a meaningful and rewarding environment. We are looking for two full-time Direct Support Facilitators for our Intensive Support Residential Program. This role focuses on fostering independence, skill development, and advocating for clients' rights and well-being. Successful candidates will thrive in a cooperative framework, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to promote dignity and inclusion. Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals in achieving Person Directed Plans
- Foster independence through skill development




- Advocate for client rights and interests
- Maintain a safe and supportive living environment
- Respond to challenging behaviors using approved strategies Requirements:
- DSW, SSW, CYW, or related diploma/degree
- Two years' experience in social services
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
