As a Staff Engineer, you will serve as a technical authority within the AirLink System Engineering team. Your expertise will be critical in diagnosing complex issues in wireless router platforms, driving corrective actions, and shaping future product requirements based on field experience. Collaboration with internal teams ensures that you communicate essential customer insights effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate field-reported issues end-to-end across AirLink routers
• Utilize bash and Python for data extraction and analysis
• Provide technical escalation support for sales and field teams




• Contribute to recent platform feature requirement reviews
• Maintain comprehensive documentation in Jira and Confluence
Requirements:
• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar
• 5+ years Linux system and networking experience
• Strong skills in troubleshooting complex systems
• Excellent communication and self-motivation abilities
• Proficiency in networking protocols including IPv4/v6, TCP, UDP
