As a Medical Coordinator, you help our clients and their health care providers get there, so nothing holds a file up longer than it needs to. It is detailed work, and it is often the step that makes the biggest difference for a family.

What you will do

- Help clients understand what their health care provider needs from them
- Communicate professionally with clinics and medical offices
- Keep medical documents organized, accurate and confidential
- Follow up so every file keeps moving
- Work with our client care and tax teams so each client knows where things stand

What we are looking for

- Experience in a medical office, clinic, hospital or health care administration
- Comfort with medical terminology
- Clear, qualified communication with clients and with health care providers
- Strong organization and reliable follow-through
- Care with personal and medical information
- A quiet place to work, a reliable internet connection, and eligibility to work in Canada
- An asset: French, or experience with disability benefits or insurance paperwork
