In this permanent part time role, you will support families and children with neurological conditions in an ambulatory setting. As a critical member of the Interdisciplinary team, you will conduct assessments, coordinate appointments, and provide education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with families and health care team members
- Conduct child and family assessments and follow-ups
- Coordinate appointments and telehealth conferences
- Educate families on available support services
- Advocate for patients and implement service improvements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
- Minimum of three years in pediatric nursing
- Eligible for registration with Nova Scotia Nursing Regulator
- Current BLS certification within last 12 months
- Familiarity with neurological support services preferred
