Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for enterprise technology
- Advise the Executive Team on IT investment strategies
- Oversee client experience and service delivery

- Lead and optimize technology operations across the Institute

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in IT or related field preferred
- 10+ years in senior IT roles, especially in ERP transformations
- Expert in IT risk management and service delivery
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
