Key Responsibilities:

- Financing & Credit Processing: Determine financing needs by interviewing customers and exploring payment options; analyze credit applications, obtain reports, and partner with lenders, underwriters, and processors.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare accurate transaction documents, including loan agreements and provincial vehicle registration paperwork.
- Contract Disclosure: Confirm sales contract details by clearly explaining provisions, finance charges, and interest rates to ensure complete customer understanding.
- Value-Added Products: Introduce and sell aftermarket products and services, such as extended warranties and appearance protection packages.
- Customer Satisfaction:



Maintain our dealership’s reputation by building strong client rapport, resolving discrepancies, and upholding a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
- Confidentiality: Protect customer data and maintain organizational stability by handling sensitive information securely.
