- Uphold all licensing, safety standards,
and hygiene protocols in accordance with state regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
- Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by state law.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions.
- Solid communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and build repeat business.
- Ability to listen attentively to clients’ concerns and customize treatments accordingly.
- Prior experience in a professional massage therapy setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary.
