Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax preparer to oversee tax preparations. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for Accounting, and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse customers. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to ensure exceptional customer service.

Duties

- Process personal and sole proprietorship tax returns
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Other Administrative duties

Qualifications

- 3 years of experience as a Tax preparer
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Profile tax software is a must
- Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills




- Ability to work Monday to Saturday
- Ability to travel for in-person work
- Available to work four days a week including Saturdays
- Must be willing to travel to Welland at least one a week

Job Types: Part time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
