Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual who will be trained as a sign installer for our small business. You will be responsible for transporting (with a company vehicle) , assembling, installing, servicing, and removing realtor signs and wooden posts. Working largely independently in the field, this role ensures that every listing makes a clean, professional, and compliant first impression for real estate agents and brokerages.

Duties:

- Installation & Removal, Inventory Management, Maintenance & Touch-ups

Qualifications:

- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and drive metal posts into the ground with a sledgehammer.
- Time Management: Robust independent organizational skills to follow daily mapped out routes.
- Tools & Tech: Comfort using basic hand/power tools (impact driver) and a smartphone for route navigation.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
