Bright Minds Daycare is looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Childcare Aide to join our Out of School Care (OSC) team!

About the Position

The Childcare Aide will support our OSC program by helping provide a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for school-age children.

The successful candidate will assist with daily routines, activities, transitions, outdoor play, and supervision while building positive relationships with children.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and engage school-age children in a safe and positive environment
- Assist with before- and after-school routines
- Support children during indoor and outdoor play
- Participate in games, crafts, activities, and programming
- Assist with snack and meal routines
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Follow all childcare policies, procedures, and safety requirements
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff




- Support children with different needs and abilities
- Work as part of a team and communicate effectively with educators and management
- Follow Alberta childcare licensing requirements and Bright Minds Daycare policies
