About the Role:

Aire One West Heating & Cooling is seeking a reliable and experienced Service Coordinator to support our service team. If you know the ins and outs of HVAC service work and enjoy keeping things organized, this is a great opportunity to put your experience to valuable use.

What You’ll Do:

- Schedule and dispatch daily service calls for technicians across Hamilton and surrounding areas
- Plan routes to keep travel time efficient and the day running on schedule
- Order and track parts needed for service jobs, including arranging pickups and return visits
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and ensure a positive experience
- Review daily call bookings to make sure they’re properly scheduled and prioritized




- Coordinate with technicians throughout the day to ensure smooth follow-ups and job completion
- Keep the service department organized, professional, and responsive

What We’re Looking For:

- Must have 5+ years of experience in HVAC dispatching or service coordination
- Strong understanding of HVAC service operations and terminology
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure
- Professional approach with a focus on customer satisfaction

Hours:

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 1-hour lunch break
