Brindy Luxury Silk is a growing, award-winning Canadian luxury silk and lifestyle brand. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and reliable Event Sales Associate to join our Calgary team!

If you love meeting new people, have a passion for beauty and fashion, and enjoy the excitement of markets, festivals, and trade shows, we’d love to meet you.

You’ll represent our collection of premium Mulberry silk pillowcases, beauty bonnets, sleep masks, scrunchies, scarves, fashion accessories, and more at exciting shopping events throughout Calgary and the surrounding areas.

This is a sales-focused position with opportunities to earn commission and grow with our brand.

What You’ll Do

- Engage with customers and create an exceptional shopping experience.
- Confidently introduce products, explain their benefits, and close sales.
- Recommend complementary products and work toward sales targets.
- Process customer purchases using our POS system.
- Keep displays beautifully merchandised, clean, and stocked.
- Assist with occasional booth setup, takedown, and inventory organization.
- Help transport event inventory and display materials when scheduled, approximately 1–2 times per season.
- Represent Brindy Silk professionally and enthusiastically.





Paid sales training will be provided!

What We’re Looking For

- At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
- An outgoing, friendly personality and confidence approaching customers.
- Motivation to achieve sales goals and earn potential commission.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Availability for weekend events and occasional weekdays.
- Comfort standing for extended shifts of up to 9 hours.
- Ability to lift and move event supplies weighing up to 50 lbs, with appropriate assistance or equipment when needed.
- At least 18 years of age.

Vehicle Requirement: Applicants must have a valid driver’s licence and reliable access to a vehicle to occasionally transport event inventory and display materials. Transportation is typically required only 1–2 times per season.

Compensation & Perks

- $17–$20 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities.

Availability

We participate in markets, trade shows, festivals, and seasonal shopping events throughout Calgary and the surrounding areas.

Shifts vary depending on the event schedule. Our busiest periods are typically weekends and the November–December holiday season.

This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible part time work who can reliably commit to scheduled events.
