Our Orthodontics Team is looking for a confident, personable Treatment Coordinator to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who loves connecting with patients, building trust, and helping people feel excited and informed about their orthodontic journey. You’ll guide patients through the consultation process—from their first visit and treatment presentation through financial arrangements, scheduling, and follow-up.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome and guide patients and families through orthodontic consultation
- Understand patient concerns, goals, and relevant health and dental history
- Coordinate photos, radiographs, digital scans, and consultation records
- Support the orthodontist during examinations and document treatment recommendations
- Present treatment plans and clearly explain next steps
- Review treatment fees, payment options, contracts, and insurance information
- Coordinate treatment starts and upcoming appointments
- Follow up with pending treatment and recall patients
- Maintain accurate patient records, reporting, and analytics




- Work closely with our orthodontist and administrative team to create a seamless patient experience
- Full time, 18 month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.
- Support treatment acceptance and the continued growth of our clinic

What We’re Looking For

- Previous dental, orthodontic, or treatment coordination experience preferred
- Confident discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Warm, professional, and comfortable building relationships with patients and families
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Comfortable answering questions and helping patients navigate treatment decisions
- Familiarity with orthodontics is an asset
- Experience with Dolphin dental software
- Positive, collaborative, and excited to be part of a growing orthodontic team
- $2k signing bonus!

Pay: $33.00-$38.00 per hour
