The Blowology Method is looking for a talented and experienced Blow Dry Hair Stylist to join our growing team.

We're looking for someone who is confident in their skills, loves staying on top of beauty trends, and is excited to expand their expertise into scalp therapy and head spa treatments.

Responsibilities

- Provide professional wash, blow dry, and styling services.
- Create smooth, voluminous blowouts, curls, waves, and polished finishes.
- Work confidently with all hair textures, from straight and wavy to curly and coily.
- Recommend suitable haircare products and educate clients on maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized styling station.
- Participate in social media content creation, including transformations, tutorials, and trends.
- Learn and perform our signature head spa treatments upon completion of training.
- Build solid client relationships and encourage repeat bookings.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

- Must have proven experience working with ALL hair textures, including types 1 through 4.




- Must be confident in blow drying, round brushing, smoothing, and styling.
- Must be willing and excited to learn head spa treatments and scalp therapy.
- Must be confident with social media, comfortable appearing on camera and creating engaging hair content.
- Must be knowledgeable about haircare products and styling techniques.
- Must be professional, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Must be able to work efficiently without compromising quality.
- Must be passionate about delivering an elevated luxury salon experience.
