Position Summary

Epic Commercial is seeking a dedicated Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead our field teams. This is a critical leadership role responsible for the day-to-day coordination of roofing crews, ensuring projects are completed to the highest quality standards, on schedule, and in strict compliance with safety regulations. You will serve as the primary link between the field and the office, fostering a culture of excellence, mentorship, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Mentorship

- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the roofing crew.
- Lead by example in work ethic, quality workmanship, and serving your crew.
- Train employees to install roofs of high quality according to manufacturer specifications and ARCA standards.

Project & Site Management

- Organize and prepare projects for efficient installation.
- Coordinate project starts and finishes with office administration.
- Execute thorough project documentation using notes and digital photography.
- Perform site inspections to maintain rigorous quality control.
- Problem-solve onsite issues in direct consultation with the Project Manager.
- Manage site administration and ensure the company vehicle is kept clean and organized.

Safety & Equipment

- Read, understand,



and comply with all Epic Roofing and Exteriors Commercial safety policies.
- Teach safe work practices and conduct regular safety meetings (Toolbox Talks).
- Ensure all installation equipment is properly utilized, inspected, and maintained.

Communication

- Communicate effectively with crew members, clients, and consultants.
- Collaborate professionally with the Field Supervisor, Project Manager, and external consultants.

Requirements

- Must possess a valid Alberta Driver’s License.
- Must be in positive physical condition and capable of performing manual labour in various weather conditions.
- Able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
- Must be a dedicated team player.
- Willingness to work overtime as required to meet project deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
