- Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical features and benefits
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company policies while maximizing revenue potential
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify target markets and develop strategies for outreach and lead generation
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer information,



and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times

Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B (business-to-business) environments involving technology or technical products
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while building trust with clients
- Demonstrated success in business development and account management strategies
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret market trends, customer needs, and sales data for strategic planning
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships
- Technical sales experience is highly desirable, especially involving technology solutions or complex products
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving
