We are looking to hire a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to our team. This role would focus on helping our customers with their home insurance renewals / retention.

Job Summary
The Personal Lines Insurance Advisor is responsible for managing the renewal and retention of home insurance related policies and delivering knowledgeable, client-focused coverage solutions. This role builds solid client relationships, ensures accurate policy servicing, and supports cross-selling opportunities in a collaborative brokerage environment.

Duties

- Lead the renewal and retention of our personal lines clients (home, rental, tenant, and condo)
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and payments
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Provide clear and well-informed personal lines coverage solutions
- Cross-sell other relevant insurance products




- Maintain detailed notes and complete relevant administrative tasks
- Maintain knowledge of insurance products, coverage offerings, and industry regulation

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years experience with Personal Lines Insurance
- Proficiency with Applied EPIC
- Punjabi language skills are an asset
- Working understanding and knowledge of insurance products
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and professionalism

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
