The PCS Sales Representative is responsible for selling pneumatic grain handling equipment and interacting directly with customers and dealers throughout all phases of the sales process. Further, the PCS Sales Representative will be in charge of identifying market needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring our clients have a positive experience.

Role Responsibilities:

- Grow PCS sales within the assigned territory.
- Support and develop existing dealers while identifying new dealer and customer opportunities.
- Work with customers to understand their application and recommend the right equipment or system.
- Prepare accurate quotes and equipment recommendations.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of Walinga PCS equipment and applications.




- Provide basic technical and application support, working with Engineering and Service when needed.
- Participate in customer visits, equipment demonstrations, dealer training and trade shows.
- Maintain customer, dealer and sales activity information in CRM.

Requirements:

- Strong interest in agriculture, grain handling and technical equipment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and an ability to understand equipment and applications.
- Practical problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing a sales territory.
- Organized with good follow-up skills.
- Willing and able to travel regularly throughout the territory.
- Previous agricultural, equipment, industrial or technical sales experience is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.

Academic and Trades Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education in Business, Agriculture, Engineering Technology or a related field is an asset, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience in technical sales, agricultural equipment, grain handling or a related industry is preferred.
