Summit Search Group is seeking a motivated HVAC Installer to join our client’s team in Regina, Saskatchewan. Our client is a well-established organization providing mechanical services across commercial, institutional, and small industrial environments.

This opportunity is ideal for an HVAC professional who enjoys hands-on installation work and is interested in developing their skills while building a long-term career with an experienced and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and systems
- Assist with equipment replacements, retrofits, renovations, and new installations
- Install ductwork, ventilation components, equipment, piping, and related HVAC systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and manufacturer instructions
- Measure and lay out equipment and components for installation
- Assist with system start-up, testing, commissioning, and adjustments
- Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary modifications
- Work across commercial, institutional, and small industrial environments
- Coordinate effectively with Sheet Metal Technicians, HVAC/R Technicians, plumbers, and other trades
- Follow applicable codes, safety requirements, manufacturer specifications, and industry standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

Qualifications:

- Previous HVAC installation experience is preferred
- HVAC, refrigeration, sheet metal, plumbing, or related mechanical trade experience is considered an asset
- Apprentice and Journeyperson candidates are encouraged to apply




- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship
- Interest in long-term employment and continued career development
