Position: Trade and Logistics Coordinator

Position Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Trade and Logistics Coordinator to support shipping, transportation, and international trade activities within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will oversee shipment coordination, ensure accurate customs documentation, and work with transportation partners to support efficient domestic and cross-border operations.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics, import/export coordination, shipping, or supply chain operations, preferably within manufacturing.
- Experience handling shipments between Canada and the United States, including international freight arrangements.
- Working knowledge of Canadian and U.S. customs requirements, trade regulations, and import/export procedures.
- Familiarity with CARM and CUSMA regulations and documentation requirements.
- Experience preparing and reviewing shipping paperwork, commercial invoices, customs forms,



and related transportation documents.
- Strong experience communicating with courier services, freight companies, customs brokers, and third-party transportation providers.
- Ability to coordinate shipment schedules, monitor deliveries, and resolve transportation or customs-related issues.
- Understanding of shipping terms, freight procedures, and general inventory control practices.
- Experience using ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and electronic shipping platforms.
- Solid attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
