We are a premium casual restaurant known for chef-driven food, vibrant energy, and “Common Foods, done uncommonly well.” We’re hiring experienced Servers and Bartenders to join our team at Satellite Drive.

What You’ll Do
Guest Experience

- Greet, guide, and anticipate the needs of every guest, at the table or at the bar
- Know the menu and drink list well enough to recommend with confidence
- Handle allergies and special requests with care and precision

Service & Execution

- Servers: take accurate orders, run food, and keep your section moving
- Bartenders: prepare cocktails, beer, and wine to spec, with consistency and care
- Process payments accurately using our POS
- Keep your section or bar clean, stocked, and service-ready




- Follow responsible service of alcohol standards at all times

Team & Communication

- Work in sync with the kitchen, bar, and host team
- Support teammates during peak volume
- Take ownership of the guest experience from first hello to goodbye

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience as a server or bartender in a full-service, casual dining restaurant or bar
- Open availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain before your first shift)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry/lift up to 50 lbs
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
