Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in providing excellent food service. This role involves assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies
- Support cooking staff with basic food handling and safety procedures
- Help with stocking supplies and managing inventory levels
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling protocols
- Assist with cashiering duties using POS systems such as Micros POS when needed
- Provide friendly customer service by supporting serving staff and ensuring timely order delivery




- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently during serving or cashiering duties
- Support barista activities if applicable, including preparing beverages and maintaining station cleanliness

Experience

- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Barista experience or serving background is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Good customer service skills to ensure positive guest interactions
- Basic math skills for cash handling, measuring ingredients, and managing transactions
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices is essential
