THE ROLE

Work with a team of 4-6 people to preform all tasks associated with a roof replacement

Removal of existing materials

Installation of underlayment and all fixtures

Installation of shingles on residential projects

Team Leader would lead Roofing Team ( 4-6 person crew) and safely achieve objectives





Team Leader would supervise employees to ensure schedules are maintained and projects proceed according to plans and job specifications

Participation in safety program and procedures

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

An exceptional candidate would have:

- A Class 5 License
- Prior experience working at heights and with power tools
- Prior experience in a physically demanding work environment
- Be in sound physical condition with the ability to lift/carry up to 80 pounds
- Experience working with safety systems

Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour
