Responsibilities

Experience

- Previous experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or direct customer engagement is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally
- Familiarity with marketing techniques and business development strategies
- Technical sales experience or knowledge of technology products is a plus
- Proven inside sales experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset
- Customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships
