Duties

- Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth operations during your shift
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver outstanding food service and hospitality
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes to uphold quality standards
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including Micros POS transactions and register reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices
- Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff members to build a strong team




- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels

Requirements

- Proven supervising or team management experience within the food service or restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms for order processing and cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to lead by example in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred; barista or hotel experience is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to interview, train, and develop team members effectively
