In this role, you will be responsible for framing interior and exterior walls using steel studs, ensuring accurate measurements and alignment to meet project specifications. Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately assemble steel framing components
- Measure, cut, and install steel studs and tracks with precision using hand tools and power tools
- Collaborate with carpenters, drywall installers, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of framing with other building elements
- Operate heavy equipment such as lifts or cranes safely for lifting and positioning steel components
- Perform concrete forming tasks when required for foundation or structural support elements
- Assist in drywall installation, siding work, or restoration projects as needed to support project completion




- Use welding techniques where necessary to secure steel framing components effectively
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols

Experience

- Proven construction experience with a focus on framing or metal stud installation
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings
- Familiarity with drywall installation, concrete finishing, siding, and restoration work is a plus
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, woodworking equipment, and heavy machinery operation
- Knowledge of welding techniques relevant to steel framing applications
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
- Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction sites and equipment operation

Pay: $21.80-$39.11 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
