Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and knowledgeable Line Cook/Baker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with experience in baking and pastry. As a line cook/baker, you will be responsible for preparing dishes while adhering to our recipe guidelines, maintaining high standards of food safety, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties

- Sandwich preparation skills – ability to prepare a range of sandwiches according to SOPs.
- Baking and cake preparation and decorating.
- Salads and sauces preparation – skilled in making different salads and dressings, following SOPs.
- Follow daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food service and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to create a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and creativity.





Experience

- At least 1 years experience in similar position, savory and sweet, within the food industry.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling practices; as well as experience in baking and cake preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen setting.
