We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. Compensation will be relative to experience.

Prospective candidates must have outstanding customer service skills along with the ability to offer and sell value-added service options to customers in an honest and ethical manner. We pride ourselves on great customer service. As our Service Advisor you will be working with customers to schedule service work and communicate any additional services needed. You will also handle the administrative and customer relations aspects of service department operations. Your main responsibility is to ensure every vehicle is running optimally and that our valued clients have been offered the necessary work in order to achieve this goal.

Job Duties:

- Greeting customers promptly, scheduling service appointments and receiving vehicle information
- Listening to requests of the service desired and clearly explaining information on the repair order




- Confirming and processing applicable vehicle warranty packages for repairs and maintenance.
- Estimating the cost and time needed to do the repair accurately
- Handling customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Periodically checking on the progress of the vehicle during servicing, getting customer approval to do additional work, explaining the work performed and the charges being billed
- Arranging sublets (warranty and customer pay) as required
- Perform walk arounds of vehicles (utilizing a tablet) upon check in
- Properly document authorizations for all repairs

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years Service Advisor experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Be coachable and always open to applying new ways to improve
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multitask when dealing with more than one customer
- Toyota Service Advisor experience is a bonus!
- XTIME experience would be considered a definite plus
- Valid G Drivers License with a clean abstract
