We are currently seeking a Sprinkler Fitter (427A) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work on commercial, industrial and institutional projects across the GTA and surrounding areas with a strong emphasis on high-quality workmanship, explicit communication and accurate completion of documentation in accordance with NFPA 25, the Ontario Fire Code and related standards.

Responsibilities include

- Installation of wet, dry, preaction, deluge and foam systems in accordance with NFPA 13, ONtario Building Code and project specifications; layout, hang and connect sprinkler piping, valves, hangers and associated components; coordinate with other trades and site supervision to maintain schedule and quality.
- Service, repair and maintenance of existing sprinkler and standpipe systems as well as emergency and scheduled service calls; replacing or repairing components
- inspections and testing in accordance with NFPA 25
- reporting and documentation completion




- professional and accurate verbal and written communication skills
- maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all company safety policies including working at heights and lockout/tagout procedures.

Qualifications include

- valid/current Ontario Drivers License with clean abstract as well as reliable transportation
- valid Certificate of Qualification for 427A Sprinkler and Fire Protection Installer or equivalent interprovincial Red Seal
- CFAA certification is an asset but not required
- experience with installation, service and repair of sprinkler and standpipe systems
- mobile platform/fall arrest certification an asset
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
