Job Title: Accountant

Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage company cost control, accounts receivable, and asset tracking. This role is crucial in monitoring daily company expenditures—including auto parts orders, shop inventory, supplies, and utility bills—while also ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection from our dealership partners. Additionally, the accountant will be responsible for tracking and managing company-owned assets such as computers, electronic devices, tools, and shop equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Control & Expense Management

- Monitor daily operational expenses and maintain cost control systems
- Review and track purchases of auto parts, shop inventory, and office/shop supplies
- Reconcile and manage monthly utility expenses
- Coordinate with operational teams to ensure cost-efficiency and budget adherence

Accounts Receivable & Invoicing

- Prepare and issue sales invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Send monthly statements to dealership clients and follow up on overdue payments
- Maintain detailed AR aging reports and assist with cash flow projections
- Handle communication with clients regarding billing or payment issues

Asset Management

- Maintain an accurate inventory of all company-owned assets, including tools, equipment,



computers, and electronic devices
- Track asset assignments to staff and monitor condition/lifecycle of equipment
- Coordinate repairs, replacements, or disposal of outdated or damaged assets
- Implement and maintain an organized asset tracking system

Qualifications:

- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities

Preferred:

- Experience in the automotive or service industry
- Understanding of inventory and asset tracking systems
- Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
