Position Summary

We are seeking experienced aestheticians who are passionate about providing luxury spa services to a predominantly male clientele. Your role will include performing high-quality treatments such as manicures, pedicures, waxing, HydraFacial, and scalp massages, as well as offering personalized consultations to help clients achieve their wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform professional manicures, pedicures,



and waxing services tailored to male clients.

· Deliver relaxing scalp massage and head spa treatments to promote wellness and relaxation.

· Provide HydraFacial treatments that address individual skin concerns.

· Conduct client consultations to recommend suitable services and products.

· Collaborate with barbers to enhance client satisfaction and maximize cross-selling opportunities.

· Maintain a clean and professional workspace in line with Torque and Trim’s hygiene standards.

· Stay current with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications

· Certified Aesthetician with expertise in manicures, pedicures, waxing, and facials.

· Proven experience working in spa environments (minimum 2 years preferred).

· Strong understanding of skincare and grooming practices for male clients.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

· Ability to work in a team-oriented, high-end environment.

· Commitment to maintaining high professional standards.
