We’re Hiring: AI Research Specialists – Remote Contract

We’re hiring experienced professionals for our client to help improve AI conversations by evaluating how well AI models understand context, ask relevant questions, and provide appropriate recommendations.

Role Details

- Location: USA, Canada (excluding Quebec), UK, Ireland, Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Saudi Arabia
- Duration: 3 weeks
- Compensation: $25–$30/hour
- Workload: 40 hours/week
- Availability: 4 hours of overlap with PST
- Experience: 3–5+ years of relevant professional experience

What You’ll Be Doing

- Review AI conversations involving real-world interpersonal and everyday decision-making scenarios.
- Identify missing context and suggest relevant follow-up questions.
- Assess whether additional information could change the AI’s recommendations.




- Distinguish critical information from non-essential details.
- Conduct qualitative reviews and document findings using structured guidelines.
- Help improve the quality and reliability of AI-generated responses.

Who Can Apply? Professionals with relevant qualifications and direct experience in one or more of these areas:

- Social Work and Client Assessment
- Counseling, Therapy, or Psychology
- Qualitative Research, HCI, UX Research, or Communication
- Mediation, Coaching, and Conflict Resolution
- Student Services, Organizational Consulting, or Related Advisory Fields

Candidates should have relevant skilled qualifications or credentials and 3–5+ years of direct practice experience.
