Title: Application Support Developer (L3)

Experience: 6-10 Years

Location: Brampton, ON - Hybrid

Responsibilities

- Provide L3 support and enhancement delivery for telecom business applications.
- Analyze and resolve complex production incidents, defects, and performance issues.
- Develop, test, and deploy minor enhancements and regulatory changes.
- Support integrations, interfaces, middleware, and database components.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Participate in release, deployment, and on-call support activities.

Required Skills

- IBM iSeries (RPG/RPGLE/COBOL) and/or Java development experience
- Oracle Database, SQL, DB2
- IBM MQ, OSB, WebLogic, APIs, Web Services
- Linux/Unix workplace
- SDLC, Code Management, and Change Management processes

Preferred

- Telecom billing, provisioning, or enterprise portal experience.
- Production support experience in 24x7 environments.
