Job Title: Application Support Analyst (Windows / Citrix)

Location: Ottawa, ON (Remote)

Duration: Contract

Rate: CAD$80-90/hr INC +HST

Note: Reliability clearance required

- Windows Server experience
- Application support experience
- SQL knowledge – Ability to query the database and de-bug problems (rather than DB admin); SQL server knowledge is an asset
- Peripheric knowledge – scanners, barcode reader, signature paths, etc.
- Citrix knowledge (application-based), Citrix Policy
- Group Policy
- Pharmacy process knowledge is an asset
- Windows configuration (proxy, registry)
- Troubleshooting skills
- Experience managing upgrades
