Role Overview

We are seeking an Application Support Developer (L3) to provide production support and deliver enhancements for telecom business applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L3 support and enhancements for telecom business applications.
- Troubleshoot complex production incidents, defects, and performance issues.
- Develop, test, and deploy minor enhancements and regulatory changes.
- Support integrations, interfaces, middleware, and database components.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Participate in releases, deployments, and on-call support.

Required Skills

- IBM iSeries (RPG/RPGLE/COBOL) and/or Java development.
- Oracle Database, SQL, and DB2.
- IBM MQ, OSB, WebLogic, APIs, and Web Services.
- Linux/Unix environments.
- SDLC, code management, and change management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Telecom billing, provisioning, or enterprise portal experience.
- Production support experience in 24x7 environments.
