Duties

- Greet customers warmly, listen carefully to their vehicle concerns, and accurately record service requests.
- Explain repair options and maintenance procedures clearly, ensuring customers understand their vehicle’s needs.
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, estimate costs, and schedule service appointments efficiently.
- Upsell additional services or maintenance based on mechanical knowledge and customer needs to enhance vehicle performance and safety.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and maintain detailed records of all financial dealings.




- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.
- Maintain organized service records, update work orders promptly, and ensure all documentation complies with dealership standards.

Experience

- Previous dealership experience is highly preferred, providing familiarity with automotive service processes.
- Mechanical experience or a background as a mechanic is a strong asset, offering valuable insight into vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Solid mechanical knowledge to confidently discuss repair options, diagnose issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Experience in sales or upselling automotive services to maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining integrity.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly in a fast-paced workplace.
