Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

We are a specialized manufacturer and supplier serving cemeteries and funeral homes across Canada and North America. We are looking for a motivated, computer-literate, and reliable Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Maple, ON.

In this role, you will reach out directly to cemetery managers and funeral directors to introduce our product line, build relationships, manage email communications, and track sales progress in Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Make cold and warm outbound calls to cemeteries and funeral homes to build new client connections.

Send follow-up emails, product details, and price quotes to prospects.

Use Microsoft Excel to keep organized records of calls, contacts, and account statuses.

Present our product catalog clearly over the phone and highlight quality and service.

Earn recurring commission as long as your connected accounts continue placing orders.

What We Are Looking For





Fluent spoken and written English with a clear, professional telephone voice.

Robust computer skills: hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel and Email daily.

Proven experience in cold calling, telephone sales, or B2B sales.

High attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Ability to work full-time in-office at our Maple location (9 AM – 5 PM, Mon–Fri).

What We Offer

Steady Pay: Base salary.

Great Commission: Earn commission on initial orders and ongoing repeat orders from the clients you onboard.

Stable Schedule: 40 hours per week, no weekends, no evenings.
